Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the items.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
